We offer FREE shipping to all European countries!

NAYA REA is an emerging fashion brand and we are still a very small team dedicated to deliver the best customer service and at this time we are only shipping to European countries. Here’s the list of European countries we deliver to:

Zone 1: United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Republic of Ireland

Zone 2: Sweden, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Slovenia, Hungary.

Zone 3: Estonia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Norway, Montenegro.

If your country is not on the list please do not hesitate to contact us on sales@nayarea.com and we will do our best to offer you the solution.

Delivery Times

Zone 1: 2-5 working days

Zone 2: 3-7 working days

Zone 3: 4-8 working days

(for orders placed before 1pm, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day).

PRE-ORDER

Give us two weeks (excluding delivery time) for pre-order items. To pre-order an item, you will need to add the available product colour and size to your shopping bag as if you were placing a normal website order. You will then need to follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item. As soon as the item is available we will send it out. If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, we will ship the pre-orders separately at no extra charge. Your order confirmation email will contain both in stock and pre-order items.

Please bear in mind that if you do place a pre-order it will be treated as a normal order and the money will be taken from your account when the order is placed. Unfortunately gift cards cannot be accepted as payment for pre-order items.

Please be aware that we held the right to cancel the order in case the item is not available for sale anymore. The full refund then will be issued. Allow a few working days for money to appear on your bank account.

Delays

We will have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

General Information

The goods will be delivered to the address that was stated when the order was placed. If the recipient’s address is stated incorrectly, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred. The same applies if the goods cannot be delivered. The preparation and shipping costs shall be borne by NAYA REA for deliveries to the specified countries. The goods will be sent through a delivery firm selected by NAYA REA, directly to the address specified by the customer. NAYA REA is entitled to perform partial deliveries.
