NAYA REA will issue an exchange or refund to the original form of payment for the return of any merchandise with the following details: All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition in original box with all original tags attached. Please use your return label that comes inside your box. All returns are free. Exchanges and refunds are issued once the goods have undergone a quality control check and refund will be issued in original form of payment within 10 business day. However NAYA REA Ltd reserve the final rights to refuse refund/exchange if the returned goods do not comply with the above. Shipping fees and PayPal fees are non-refundable. All final sale items are non returnable ( Items marked 70% off ). If you decide to return your item, please contact sales@nayarea.com immediately and we will issue you with a DHL return label. Your return must be received within 14 days from the date you received your order if you are based in the EU. International customers are entitled to 28 days of return period. In the caes of exchange, Naya Rea offers exhcange in different sizes of the same item purchased once. Please note pre orders are non refundable. In the rare chance you received faulty goods, please contact us immediately and Naya Rea will repair, replace or refund the item( if the item is in stock).

Orders are packed and sent from London using biodegradable packaging. For all UK domestic & international customers we will dispatch your goods by DHL. We are offering free shipping for all orders over £ 200.
